Can I griddle with this?
Hello griddlers! I bought a house a couple years back and it came with this oven with a built in griddle. I have never owned or used one before and never felt like I could never get it clean enough.
Today I pulled it up and checked all the connections below, fired it up and it worked! I lightly oiled it and worked at scraping the surface trying to pull up some of the brown and a little did come off. Or I was burning the oil? I'm not really sure.
Would you cook and eat off this griddle? If not, How would you make it cook worthy again?
