What’s your preferred method for visually tracking conditions in-person?

Hey everyone,

My group plays in-person using 28mm minis and physical terrain. To keep combat moving quickly, we like to visually mark which characters have which conditions. It saves us from constantly stopping to ask, "Wait, which guys are dazed?" or "Who is hurt?"

We’ve tried a couple of methods so far:

  • Official Condition Cards: We started by placing these next to the minis. Unfortunately, they take up way too much table space. Plus, even with two full sets, we still run out of the most common conditions.
  • Generic Acrylic Tokens: This is our current setup (see photo above). It's a definite improvement over the cards, but we're limited by the colors and shapes, making it tough to represent a wide variety of conditions.

I'd love to know how you handle this at your table! If you don't place tokens or cards directly on the board, what is your preferred method for keeping everyone on the same page?

Speedster/Time-Controller PL11 Power Advice for Mass Evacuation

I need help designing a power or Power Stunt for a PL11 hero (161 PP) facing a crisis. Her power is time-dilation speedster flavor. She moves fast by "slipping between seconds" and slowing down time for everyone else. Mechanically, she already has high ranks in Speed, Quickness, and standard speedster tricks.

The Situation:

  • The Threat: She is trapped in a large nightclub basement facing a giant metal spider with buzzsaw arms (trying to cut through the ceiling into the dance floor) and three Terminator-style humanoid robots.
  • The Complication: She is entirely alone; the rest of her team is handling a separate crisis.
  • The Goal: She cannot defeat these enemies solo. Her sole focus is practical, efficient civilian evacuation. She is pragmatic and doesn't care about being flashy.

What are some viable powers or Power Stunts (stunted off her Speed/Quickness array) that fit her time-manipulation theme and would allow her to relocate a large crowd of civilians out of harm's way incredibly fast?

The gif is a good example of what I have in mind.

Probably a power stunt of the next session, but this kind of rescue mechanic will become a regular power because groups of civilians keep needing to be rescued.
