Water damage repair bill - Honda City 2025

This is the second time in a week I had to get my car taken to a mechanic bc it got water damaged due to the rains in Islamabad. Water had entered inside the car and seats were muddy. Last time the complete service bill was around 40k.

However this time the mechanic (who's supposedly a trusted one) has charged us 76k for the whole thing. The car was starting and working when taken. But there was water near the glove box so didn't want to risk it with the ecu. He says this time there was water in the system and the speakers and he had to get a mechanic from the official Honda dealership to get the 'computer system' checked.

Nothing has been changed or replaced. Except

I've attached both bills, the previous and current bill. Please let me know if there are any questions/clarifications needed .

Can someone please let me know if this is justifiable??

How much would be reasonable in your opinion?
