my neighbor keeps complaining about normal household noise, how should i handle it?
i've gotten a few complaints about footsteps and normal daytime noise. i'm not throwing parties or doing anything unusual, but they seem bothered by almost every sound. i want to be considerate, but i also don't want to feel like i have to tiptoe around my own place. how would you handle this?
