I woke up on May 4 and received an email from Bybit saying that my deposit was blocked and I couldn't use my funds, I won't say that I have a lot of them, but $1,622 is also money.

I applied to the compliance application, which clearly states that I will be contacted in 48 hours, but there are no messages from bybit, when you create a request for them, they write according to the usual template that additional verification is required and more time is needed (but what is the reason for the verification and what exactly is being checked) I haven't been able to find out anything since May 4th.

What should I do in this situation?
