I’m a newbie to competitive TF2 and every time I click competitive theres no available matches, is it broken now?

I’ve been learning NIB by black sabbath and when I do the bend of the 7th fret during the main riff instead of it sounding higher like a normal bend it sounds like a cat meowing, does anyone have a idea on what it might be?

I was looking at the list on the website and it lists almost every single sport except baseball, which is kinda weird
