Most of my grades in highschool have been good, except for my last semester in my junior year of highschool.

I am now officially a rising senior. School ended for me this week and I, throughout highschool, have been a mostly a and b student. My school uses semester grade and for the first semester I managed to get like 3 a's and 3 b's. However, we were online for a month in which my teacher's used very difficult coursework that was incredibly long and they graded harshly, which brought my grade incredibly low. I take regular chemistry and it is such a hard class. I go to a vocational school for half the day in which the education there is way more rigorous than the highschool. And, over there, I took Chemistry and it was so difficult. I'm even lucky thag I got a 79. However, I'm worried this is going to hurt my application because the rest of my grades are fantastic. But the second semester I got out with 4 b's, 2 a's, and a c. And it was because the first term the nti work(online work for snow days) killed my grade.

Am I cooked?
