First time bloom, but they never fully open up

All the flowers become brownish at the tips and never open up and just fall off prematurely.
Is that because it’s the first time it’s doing it on this stem or is that some disease?
The other bigger stem in the same pot is doing alright and blooming, it’s just that when those full blooms die they become stickier and wrap around new buds and prevent them from opening correctly. I have to remove the dead flowers one by one every couple days.
Any ideas? Thx

Is that over fertilizing or some disease?

I’ve had spider mites and scale in the past but don’t see any visible creatures. Some new leafs are deformed though

Confused over who’s who deciding on El Mala’s future

Sometimes it’s mama El Mala, sometimes Papa and so on. So, could we just make it easier?
Mama El Mala = El Mama
Papa El Mala = El Mapa
Said El Mala = El Masa
Malek El Mala = El Male

🤪 clearly I’m having too much time

What is this on new leaves?

Is it spider mites? At the end of one of the leaves, there was some white residue in an area that hadn’t quite opened up although the rest of the leaf was fully open. For now I washed it all off with water.

For context, the plumeria had what I believe was spider mites and lost all the leaves about 6 months ago. It’s potted in zone 10b. The citruses on the same balcony have had spider mites, aphids, leaf miners and scale!
