These are channel apple snails, aren’t they?

Hey folks, I run a small fish store and had some supposedly Mystery Snails dropped off, but y’all these guys are HUGE. Before I sell them I want to get second opinions. I want to ID and label them appropriately.

What suggests Apple Snail to me:

- Several of them are quite large, passing golf ball sized
- LONG antenna
- Deeper curves to their shells

Counter point: The person dropping them off is said she had no issues with them eating her aquarium plants. She’s a repeat customer I respect.

I can get more pictures if needed. All of them have deep brown, striped shells and dark flesh with gold flecks.

Hey folks! I’m new to this hobby, but loving the creativity. However, I am struggling with my extensions.

I am currently using Apres Gelx XS natural almonds with their no wipe extend gel. But my nails are much flatter left to right than the tips. Possibly flatter front to back too, but left to right is the bigger issue.

This is making getting the right amount of glue difficult. I need to fill a cavity but not squeeze out the end 🫠

Should I look at different brands of tips?

Learn to shape extensions with builder gel? (I have builder on hand for fills)

Switch to Apres beginner glue?

Would a different shape (like rounds or longer almonds) be more flat? I think I do want to bump up a bit in length anyway.
