Well done ones again Gimme 😊

An updated on order #2 after good first experience. When i was choosing telehealth provider,i was looking for this kind of feedback, so here it is...I ordered starter 3 month bundle with Gimme, and I'm not nearly done with it,but in hope to try BPI with B6 I placed another 3 month bundle.I did it through the Reddit link, picked the titration that I'll be needing(I'll be using this in the upcoming months, and wanted to make sure i get the right titration).Contacted the provider with questions and request via the app messaging,my question was answered and prescription was approved within 4 minutes. I also reached out to customer service with question regarding my outstanding previous subscription that I did not cancel prior to placing the new order. They promptly responded and canceled the first subscription for me.My 3 months bundle was ordered on the afternoon of May 18th,and delivered this morning, May 21.Shipping was via UPS 2 day air(Florida to the Midwest)In reality it was shipped within less then 24 hrs,and the ice packs ste still frozen.I am so grateful!

I had a great Gimme experience

Let me say it,i don't write a reviews. But i have researched telehealth provider prior to choosing Gimme and they all had mixed reviews. Here is how it went for me.I did place 3 moths order with Gimme, forgeting to use the reddit link.I did it through their website and was prescribed Align.I reached out to customer service to inquire on possibility to get that discounted price and ProRx(still available at the time).I was explained that this is not an option and stated the reasons. These explanation was reasonable and sufficient.I went on with trying Align and really have no complains,no side effects, and great outcome .My order was "stuck" in pre-shipment for far too long (no G's fault)and i had upcoming traveling,so i really needed some estimated delivery time-frame...Gimme customer care was ones again quick to respond and order was shipped asap.Align packaging was good, vials was cold and i received enough for my 3 months.Bottom line is,they are a telehealth and by this, they initiate the process of customer-health provider-3rd party product delivery coordination.Given the current events, limited availability, delivery issues nationwide,i strongly believe that i received good service at reliable price.Customer service was helpful-not all my request were granted, but realistically that was all reasonable responses by them, being the "middle man".Whatever was up to their ability, they took prompt care of it,and i respect that.

P.S.As per customer service suggestion i am in about to cancel my current subscription and submit a new order via reddit link this time to try BPI with B6,before is too late and to get the promo price this time and fingers crossed it is seamless experience ones again.I will update:)
