Do you get pain always in the exact same spot or does it move around?

Mine is in the exact same spot everyday, I can pinpoint it very precisely in a small area

I follow an anti inflammatory diet and I feel better but if I eat too much / eat foods outside of the diet I get horribly bloated and in pain.

So I eat less and I’m constantly losing weight, I don’t know how to deal with this
