Does this engine looks ported ?

I just removed the exhaust manifold of my 12a to change some gasket and do (a lot) of cleaning and since I’m not sure if the former owner did a porting or not I’m asking some rotaries veterans for your opinion :)
Sorry for the crappy picture, the engine is in the car and I was trying my best
