Only sits on the telly when we've got YouTube on but he seems to like sleeping when Jack is on

So idk if I need to do anything or if his feathers will be okay but I took my conure out this morning for his morning cuddles and I got a bit too comfy and fell asleep. I woke up to him nuzzled against my cheek but turns out I had drooled in my sleep and his neck is covered. Is there anything I need to do or will be be okay?

He's been making this noise all day and I'm worried there could be something up with him?

He's been perfectly fine otherwise apart from some unwarranted screaming this morning

Not sure what he's doing but I've read a lot of people say it could just be him stretching? He does it on and off throughout the day and is perfectly active, eating his food, drinking, playing etc otherwise? He isn't being aggressive or anything either so I'm not sure but thought I'd ask anyway
