Dr. said there would be minor side effects but been on prep 5 days and feel like I have the flu, a migraine and strep throat. Dr. said itll only take 3 to 4 weeks to clear system. Does this actually take that long to clear dont have that amt of sick time.
Would like to flag also as coming out but do not see the option.
I am older, have a family cos female wife, and we have swung in a cis / cis type manner. That said i have only come out to my wife and a few lgbtqia friends. Each time it has been difficult as I feel the fear like the first time. I know my wife accepts me as bi and she has been a huge support in pushing me to meet with others for what ever I need (community, discussions or maybe more).
I need some guidance in relation to satisfying my physical needs in that aspect and coming out to everyone pref at once. I have already lost a couple friends coming out as I guess they saw me differently and am scared.
