Hi all, as the title says I'm looking for a biscuit that was 2 pieces of circular shortbread with 3 lines intersecting the tops to make 6 segments. Then inside was a layer of alternating blobs of hardened cream and jam. They came in packs of 6(?) I believe and were quite thick (1.5-2 cm) I used to get them from 2015-2019.
