Explain to me like I’m 5 years old
So I was donating yesterday like usual- I’ve been going twice a week and I’ve used the same arm every time and never had a problem. This time it was different? When they hooked me up not much blood went into the tube when usually it seems to almost shoot in. It took the blood fine but in the first return, I started feeling uncomfortable pressure in building up in my arm and then the machine stopped and we switched arms to finish the donation. I’m wondering how in the world this bruise got this bad so quickly?
Update: thank you all for the explanations+advice I appreciate you all immensely! I can now confidently say I understand what happened to my arm haha also thank you for pointing out the other pictures in this sub that was eye opening- I’m glad it’s not so bad for me at least.
