How do you handle no contact? How is it even possible when your hearth is screaming?

I cannot erase the sensation that no contact and us disappearing from each other's life it's still the best choice, cause we hurt each other so bad. But I just check my phone and feel my heart cracking every time cause there is no message. I need help, even small suggestions like "count up to 20 before texting".

I just want to fade in the wind and feel nothing.
