Other details: This VN took place at a Japanese school, with the main protagonist meeting 3, maybe more, love interests in the story. One was a teacher, another a childhood friend, and another a classmate. Basically, they're all yandere, and you get to choose which girl you want to focus on, and I believe there was also a harem route. The title, if I remember correctly, had the word lovesick in it. There were multiple endings and most endings ended with at least one person dying; that's to say, there were a lot of bad endings. It had sexual scenes as well as gore scenes, so it definitely earned an adult-only rating.
