So I’ve had this issue on my snap for over a month now, my snap account was timed out and I did the usual stuff such as reading the guidelines probably about 20 times now and that did not resolve my issue, I genuinely can’t open the app unless I open it from a notification, I’ve deleted the app multiple times which proved no success, I’ve cleared the cache, logged out and back in to no success, I went to the portal and tried unlock it from there to no success. This is seriously annoying and I can not find anyone who has experienced this same issue, I feel I should note this began whenever I got a new phone.

I’ve only got my first iPhone last week so I do apologise if this is a really simple to fix issue, but whenever I am for example messaging someone a strange purplish line appears under some words and I’m wondering what it actually is and how to remove it if possible, many thanks.
