Just caught Giratina but im not sure whether its worth using or not, or who i should switch it with?

My current party is Floatzel, Infernape, Staraptor, Garchomp, Jolteon and Gardevoir

I think my teams gonna be Gardevoir/Lucario, Garchomp, Staraptor, Floatzel, Infernape and luxray, though im genuinely awful at pokemon and haven't a clue if this is actually a good team, looking for some help :>

Just beat the third gym if this somehow helps

Just got to the 4th gym and am using Charizard, Greninja, Talonflame, Sylveon, Gardevoir and Lucario, all between level 36-40.

I'm wondering if i should change it with charizard and talonflame both being fire types or sylveon and gardevoir being kinda similar?

I know basically nothing on how to actually play pokemon well if it wasn't obvious so any help is appreciated ;-;

Unrelated, how many legendaries can be caught? I know theres yveltal, mewtwo(?) and zygard, just wondering if im missing any

I was invited to go drinking tonight by my friend which i was excited about as ive never done something like this, what i DIDNT know however was that a bunch of people from my high school class where also there, whom somehow knew im trans and were deliberately using my deadname. I'm also super socially anxious and dont really know how to start a conversation, so I sat there for an hour hoping someone would talk to me, pretty sure i wasnt even looked at. I ended up leaving as i felt so out of place, never even got a fucking drink which was yknow, the whole point of coming. Currently sat under a bridge bawling my eyes out, I cant even ask anyone for a hug.. why am I like this
