What's the Adventure?

Welcome to the Apex. The Capital of the Saurian civilization on the Lost Lands, where the dinosaur humanoids host a no-holds-barred race through the city streets. Racesaurs strive to earn glory and wealth in the biggest event in the city. The party will explore the bustling city plaza as they determine who, if any, won't sign up for the Derby. They will also be able to make bets and place wagers with the chance to discover some shady betting patterns. Afterwards, they will venture to the Stablemaster and choose their mounts for the Derby. While there, the Saurian Stablemaster reveals some crucial secrets to not only calm these animals while under pressure, but reveal a bigger plot in the Derby. After securing their 'vehicle', the Derby will begin and the Party will do what they can to rip victory from the claws of the other Racesaurs.

If the Players can pull away from the pack, they can enter a race amongst themselves to determine the true winner of the Derby and who takes home first place bragging rights! Regardless if the Players win or lose the Derby, the Shady Gang's plans are uprooted. In a bitter act of revenge, they unlock the Stablemaster's cages releasing wild dinosaurs into the city plaza. Hopefully, the players took notes about the dinosaurs calming secrets, as they might come in handy here!
