Genre: Narrative choice-based / Story-driven like Telltale's The Walking Dead or Life is Strange (i think)

Graphics/art style: Cel-shaded or "drawn" 3D — similar to Telltale's The Walking Dead (not realistic, not anime, not pixel art)

Notable characters: Teenagers/young adults in a zombie or post-apocalyptic setting(not 100% sure)

Notable gameplay mechanics: choice-based gameplay. Specific scene I remember: a young guy gets stuck on a fence, the player has a choice moment to shoot a girl, then he gets in a car and he drives offs with another person.

Details: Saw it in a YouTube Short. Not a popular or well-known title — possibly indie or from a smaller studio. Might not even be officially announced yet, or very early in marketing.
