D4C Sucks

Hey guys...you know what time it is. Corporate rants time. I was hired by D4C and was fired after two days because I wasn't learning fast enough, mind you I had VERY limited experience aside from DA but they made me learn TC and HA and FOC. What exactly is the point of cross training? I feel like it's a complete and utter waste of time. Let me do the job I was hired to do.

Quinten Lance

i’ve been watching the show with A friend who is a cop, and he has been pointing out all of the ethical violations and times Lance is really putting his personal vendetta above his job and I’m wondering why he’s still employed by starling city when he is very clearly using his role on a personal vendetta. For all of his talk about holding Oliver and co accountable he really is not being held accountable for the way that he is using the police to go on a witch hunt because he has personal dislike for Oliver. I’m watching for the first time and Roy was just arrested.

Edit: please tell me this ends soon in the way of him being killed.

New(ish) Assistant

So I did oral Surgery and orthodontic assisting and took a year off to start school etc, and I was wonderig if any of the dentists here could share their DA pet peeves, to tips etc, making the jump to pediatrics and i love kids but want to do my best and make the dentist happy. I see a lot of the dentists talking about the one or two DA's of their career that are memorably good, how to become this, is there anything specific they did? Loupe recs also appreciated, I got to use some at a remote area medical clinic and can't imagine going back to just my eyes.
