White thick discharge and pregnancy symptoms all negative test

Ok so for the past 2 years I have been on norethindrone, I took 1 pill everyday for birth control. on the course of this two years, I have missed days that would lead to a breakthrough bleed on the third day every single time I would miss this particular time I stopped taking it the last week of April ever since I have not had any breakthrough bleeding up to this day with also pregnancy like symptoms due to my partner, making an accident in bed to cramps with no period back aches, nausea feeling time to time stinging breast and enhanced smell. I have taken multiple multiple test since the first week of May and all negative even blood test. according to my muse and flo app. I am 20 days late with last spotting being April 5-8 mind you I had 3 bleeds in April after no spotting or bleeding. Lastly, the days that I think he could’ve plotted on me would be April 10 & 12 and also may 1st.

For the past three weeks, I have been feeling weird and feel like all the symptoms I have had is pregnancy related so I went to the urgent care and hospital and according to them my hCG levels were too low to be pregnant but I know something is wrong with my body all pregnancy tests are negative, including STI’s yeast BV the 9 yards. Three days ago, I experienced a rush of discharge looked, and it was a clear glob of discharge followed by white discharge. today this morning. I had that same rush but instead, it was an insane amount of thick white discharge. I’m so confused.
