Need help with pimple marks/dark spots

Hey lovely peeps,
I have combination skin and get pimples every month right before my periods and also due to sun exposure and oiliness.
The main problem isn't that but the marks that it leaves and then it takes 'em like monthsss to fade away.

I have like 4 pimple marks right now just around my mouth which don't seem to disappear anytime soon

Please suggest any tried and tested products/remedy that worked for you

help

Bit of backstory
I (26f) have had relatively clear skin my whole life until last year. I started taking Creatine and using Paula’s choice liquid exfoliator in my skincare routine.
I started breaking out really badly so quit these two as they are the only new things I started using. And with the exfoliator I was breaking out straight away where the product was so that was 100% at fault. I obviously stopped but my skin is still the same and I am really unsure what products to use at this point as obviously my skin barrier has been compromised.
The only products I use as of now is the BIOMA cleanser, toner, moisturiser and garnier spf. Any help would be greatly appreciated. #help #acne

Probably should see a dermatologist ?

Small almost clear bumps on my hand. They’re smooth on top and don’t pop. Appeared after some sun last year and got worse again once I got more sun this year.

Could it be a rash?

I’ve had tiny few red dots on this spot a few weeks ago(maybe?) from my perspective, i think it looks like it spreaded. Has anyone had any similar experience? And if possible, could you tell what could this be? Note: only on one side

Dry Patch corner of nose. Help! Won’t go away

Hey guys,
Sorry for the horrible close up of my nose but I really would love to get some opinions about what this is. I want to say it started around winter time. It was a dry flakey patch of skin in the corner of my nose. It was way worse than what it is now, it was causing dry flakey skin under my nostrils as well. Now it seems to just be the corner of my nose. I feel like it has flare ups, it will calm down, then come back. I’ve been using an acne patch on it at night and it makes it go away. But the second I stop using them, it comes right back. I will get little pimples/white heads as well. It’s slightly itchy when it acts up. Anyone else have this issue?? I have a doctor appointment coming up and I will mention it to my doctor. But in the meantime anyone have some suggestions on how to fix this? I’m worried it’s something serious but it’s probably not. Thanks guys, appreciate all your opinions and comments!

Allergy?

Hi everyone,

Every time my skin is exposed to the sun or heat (especially if I’m sweating) I break out in clusters of red bumps on my chest, shoulders, and back, even when I’m wearing SPF 60 sunscreen.

The bumps usually appear the next morning and clear up within about a week. They don’t itch much (maybe just slightly) but they’re really frustrating to deal with every summer. I have very fair, sensitive skin.

Does this look like PMLE, folliculitis, or some kind of other sun-induced reaction (like a heat rash)? Has anyone experienced something similar or found anything that helps prevent it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Need help please. Neck rash.

So I’ve had this rash for over a year and it’s spreading very slowly but not itchy at all, I’ve searched every rash online and can’t seem to find any info. I’ve tried steroids creams and nothing happens. I have another G.P appointment after the weekend but it’s driving me insane not knowing or having a name. Thanks.

Dot on finger

I’m not sure what this is and it appeared about a day ago.

Here’s what I do know:

  1. It is not part of my skin, it’s underneath a layer or two
  2. It’s painful to try to squeeze out
  3. It’s hard/a little raised

Not sure what to do about it

Could this be skin cancer? Raised mole on inner arm

My whole body has always had freckles, it this slightly raised mole on my inner left arm is starting to concern me after I have learned about skin cancer. I don’t have coverage to see a dermatologist. Should I do a cash pay appointment?

random red dots on legs

these little dots appeared after I had shaved which happens normally, but the dots never get this big or ooze out liquids like the ones on me right now are doing. Im starting to think this isn’t related to shaving because it is abnormally itchy and nothing that has happened before
