Anyone know what this is on my 10yr old skin? Lots of bumps then some red dots. All over back/arms/legs/some stomach

TURKISH AIRLINE OPINIONS
I’m flying Turkish airlines; Dallas to instanbul to antayla.
I’m reading mixed reviews how it’s the best airline ever and others where it’s the worst and they cancel flights days before. Which has me freaking out. Give me your opinion’s!
