Found these on my groin area. What are these? I'm applying fusidic acid

I was on my post scabies treatment.. and now this. I never had any sexual relationships with anyone too. Idk how I'm getting these skin infections. And I'm very hygienic also. Maintains healthy diet, workouts and all but still.

Is this really scabies? I've been using that permithrin for the past 2 weeks.. and this one is not going away. Had a few blister like thing.. on my shaft they all gone but this one is still here.! What to do?
