How I made $93 off a single video (Controversy brings attention)

How I made $93 off a single video (Controversy brings attention)

I posted this on March 22nd It didn't do well at all during the first couple months. I had other videos do well same week but this one didn't do well. It was about TJR. A clip of him explaining his come up and everything, During the time nothing happened it had 10-20k views and stayed there until The controversy had happened with him then all of a sudden this post started taking off, Getting comments and shares because his name was buzzing

The reason I want to post this is to share some advice and motivation to anyone clipping right now. You might post a video and it do bad then you get discouraged and quit DONT DO THAT. Just because it does bad first weeks doesn't mean anything. I've had videos blow up 1-3 months after I've posted it when I didn't expect it to. It's just random there is no secrets to the algorithm like people say and think

If you just post consistently, don't quit and post 1-3x a day you will see success it's almost impossible not too

I noticed something strange on TikTok

One video video got almost half a million views and The crazy thing is that this video was one I didn't spend much time on you can see the clip before it is from the same original video. and i didn't think it was going to do good. I worked harder on other clips and they only got 2-5k views as you can see So it got me thinking why it outperformed the rest even though to me it was worse. And I noticed this one was 15 seconds and the rest were above 30 seconds TikTok specifically pushes shorter videos more for some reason so I posted the next videos at 13-20 seconds and they performed better. Idk why this is like that or why shorter videos perform better but they do

The red circles are videos under 20 seconds and blue circles are videos above 30 seconds

I figured out what makes clips go viral

This one video got almost half a million views and made me $411 dollars. The crazy thing is that this video was one I didn't spend much time on and didn't think was going to do good. I worked harder on other clips and they only got 20-50k views. So it got me thinking why it outperformed the rest even though to me it was worse. And I noticed this one was 15 seconds and the rest were above 30 seconds TikTok specifically pushes shorter videos more for some reason so I posted the next videos at 13-20 seconds and they performed better. Idk why this is like that or why shorter videos perform better but they do. If you need help with clipping I can help you

I heard all the hype around clipping and wanted to give it a try. I tried it and not much happened in month one a couple videos got 10k some only 500 but around day 38 I had a video hit 376K views and from there it just snowballed

If you want to learn how to do the same Let me know!
