Can anybody please tell me which one is better in terms of education, labs and infrastructure, student crowd, campus life and student development opportunities, in the sense of encouraging students to learn other skills and all

Hey guys... I had withdrawn my seat from manipal in round 2 and now I want to rejoin...
Is that possible or not
In the official guidelines it told me that I can rejoin but I can't find a way to rejoin rn...what do I do

Guys for my round 1 I got a seat, and I had to pay 3 lack for the first installment and I paid it.

Now they were initially asking for 50k for the second installment and I didn't pay it because the site shut down
​
After the round 2 results came, I got a dual degree seat, and I don't want it. But the thing is that for the second installment, they are now asking me to pay 2 lack instead of the initial 50k
​
I don't want the seat, but if I don't pay the 2 lack il be out of the counselling
​
I want to stay in round 3, but is it possible for me to stay without paying that 2 lack, or should I pay 10k to be able to attend round 3
​

I wanna pursue vlsi so I'm thinking of choosing something in electronics that will eventually help me in the future (preferable ece)

I got a rank of 15.3k for my mahe exam and I want to go to either mit main campus or mit bangalore
​
I know that mit main campus is more or less impossible for ece or eee but I might be able to get manipal Bangalore ece
​
I also got a rank of 6778 in pesu jee which could get me eee in ring road campus or ece in electronic City campus.
​
But apparently for pes out of 300 or so students only 30 got placed for core ece and for manipal Bangalore ive been finding that the facilities are not fully developed or the faculty is bad or the placement is bad
​
I'm not able to decide which one to go with so please help me out and thanks
