Just wondering if anyone knows if there is any reason to get excited about this or if its been there for awhile. I've seen the IMDB listing for the actual podcast here: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15758536/ before, but on my every 6 month to a yera look for updates on anything Terry Miles related, I noticed another: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt43438781

I really don't know how these things get added to IMDB, if its like wikipedia any random person can create something with wishful thinking, or if there has to be something behind it,..just curious if anyone has info on it, or if its just been that way for years and I just never noticed it...

I usually just run 5k-8k but have been wanting to run longer distances, my calves tend to get pretty stiff and a little knee pain. A podiatrist friend of mine recommended switching to Brooks Ghost or Glycerin for longer runs, but obviously very different from my Prios. I have worn the Prios daily for years, along with my goto for workouts and running, and have been hesitating to pull the trigger.

Any thoughts from someone who has gone from a zero drop/barefoot shoe like the Prio to something like the Ghost or Glycerin? Has it made a noticeable difference in comfort or injuries, especially on longer distance runs? Any tips on making the transition?
