While trimming for the first time in months, I noticed these concentrated flaky spots in the crease between my groin and leg. The area has not felt irritated in any way. Any expertise/advice is highly appreciated!
Today I trimmed up my pubic region a bit and noticed these flaky spots concentrated only in this one spot in the crease between my groin and leg. Im not sure how long it has been there, as I have had longer hair for quite some time. Is this something I should have looked at professionally, or should an over the counter cream do the trick? Any expertise/advice is greatly appreciated.
Note: the area is not itchy nor painful.
