The purple one was heated until it just started to turn red

The blue one was heated all the way red

And the silver one wasn't heated

Using a quartz glass test tube

He rolled up to our campsite so I had him crawl onto my hand and put him somewhere else. Seems mostly blind. It's a beast that took up all the space on my hand.
