Laptop started occasionally stuttering upon startup, roughly every 5 seconds. It will go away after 5-30 minutes usually, and doesn't happen every time upon startup. Tried updating drivers and no luck. Nothing seemingly triggered this either, it started out of nowhere. Anyone have any ideas whats causing it?
