PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS C-DRAMA/K-DRAMA! 😭

I can't remember the title of a drama I watched years ago. I think it was released sometime between 2001 and 2019. I'm pretty sure it was a modern-day C-drama, but there's also a chance it was a K-drama.

The only part I clearly remember is the ending (spoilers ahead):

The second female lead (or the main villain) kills the main female lead. Afterward, she ends up in a psychiatric hospital, where she believes she's the actual heroine and lives in her own delusion.

That's all I can remember. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'd really appreciate any guesses or suggestions. Thank you!
