Perma-Banned without a reason, anyone know how to solve this?
Well, this stings.
I reached out to Riot Support earlier because I was stuck on the <unknown player> profile and couldn't queue for ARAM. I ran through every fix I could find starting with flushed DNS, repaired the client, ran as admin, checked Vanguard, restarted my PC multiple times. I was convinced it was just another client bug.
Then today I actually opened my support ticket instead of just the client, and… yeah.
Permanent ban.
Issued 08/13/2026 – three days ago.
Manually issued.
Reason: "Actions that violate our Terms of Service."
That's the entire explanation. No chat logs. No specific violation. No evidence. The "Additional Details" section literally just says:
>"We have no further details to share with you."
I genuinely have no clue what triggered this. I don't use any third-party tools besides Blitz (no scripts, no cheats). I've had this account for years, and my only other account is a PBE test account – nothing shady.
The worst part? I only get two days off a week. I was looking forward to grinding the battle pass and relaxing with some ARAM on my day off, and instead I find out I'm permanently banned with zero context.
So I've got a few questions for anyone who's been down this road:
- What usually leads to a manual perma-ban like this? Chargebacks? Account sharing? Something else I might not even realize?
- Is there any real chance of a successful appeal, or are these mostly auto-denied?
- If I do appeal, what do I even say when I don't know what I'm appealing against?
Honestly gutted. I've put years and a decent amount of money into this account. Any advice – or even just shared experiences – would mean a lot right now.
