Er der nogen, der kan anbefale et godt yogastudie i Århus? Jeg søger et sted, der ikke er alt for vestliggjort. Et sted hvor man kan komme et par gange om ugen, blive udfordret og virkelig udvikle sig inden for den traditionelle yogadisciplin🧘♀️🧘♀️

I recently attended the “HEAL in Relationship” workshop in Drugan, Bulgaria, organized by Solidarity Works through the Erasmus+ program, and I can’t recommend it enough.
The workshop was facilitated by two passionate psychologists, Maggie and Silvana, and combined psychology, community living, and experiential learning in a way that went far beyond traditional workshops.
Instead of only learning through lectures, we learned through relationships, emotions, honest feedback, reflection, and by living together as a community throughout the days.
It was one of the most meaningful learning experiences I’ve had. If you’re interested in personal growth, psychology, authentic human connection, or simply stepping outside your comfort zone, I highly recommend keeping an eye on the workshops that Solidarity Works regularly organizes through Erasmus+.
It’s a truly unique opportunity that I hope more people get the chance to experience.
