Anywhere sell Acai puree/packs?
I haven’t found them anywhere but thought I’d ask just in case maybe there’s a health food store or something that has them

About two years ago my eyes got unbearably, severely, painfully dry out of nowhere.
I got referred to a dry eye clinic where the eye dr suggested autoimmune issues and left notes to my dr. I was tested 3 times with 2 coming up with nothing and on the third test my Dr said I had “indications in my bloodwork pointing toward Sjogrens” and referred me to a rheumatologist.
The waitlist for rheumatologist here is 4-9 months and they are overworked due to a specialist shortage. So out of 3 tests I tested positive one time.
So first of all, I don’t know what I tested positive for at the dr because I didn’t see the results. I’ll guess either ana or ssa/ssb. My worry is that the rheumatologist will want to test me again or that it was only Ana or something and it will come up negative because I’ve tested negative before and they won’t take me seriously.
My mouth actually isn’t that dry but my salivary glands are swollen often so maybe that’s coming.
The most severe symptom has been my eyes which cyclosporine and 4 IPL treatments hasn’t improved at all.
I’m also so very fatigued all the time, I can sleep 14 hours a day no problem, I’ve had to drop down to part time school. I’m 27. I can’t work right now because I’m so tired. I also get joint pain and random hives.
So currently I’m on the cyclosporine eye drops and tons of artificial tears,
Does anyone have any other suggestions for taking care of myself while I wait? And any tips for speaking with the rheumatologist? Anything I should or shouldn’t mention or things I should suggest? How to be taken seriously? Any ways to improve fatigue or take care of myself better while I wait? What do I expect at a rheumatology appointment?
