Hi! I'm facing a dilemma right now -- I'm looking to invest more in my firefly team because gods I love this team even though I really don't need to do more (e2 ff e1s1 dahlia). I currently have 95% def shred, and am wondering if phainon's LC is still better? It would allow me a lot more break substats (currently at 173.2 spd with 33 substats, but would be at 34 at the same ruan mei breakpoint if I get phainon cone, so much more break eff).

Essentially: phainon cone even if it's only giving 5% def shred?
