Good deal? ni

2026 Camry XSE with Premium Plus Package.

I went to the dealership a couple days ago and got an otd price of 45k (it was 47k at first).
Today I negotiated with another dealer (pics 1-2) I went from 44.9k to 42.4k OTD.

I texted the other dealer and they told me they weren’t able to bring OTD price down (pic 5-6), until I told him I got a better offer, same trim, same spects, even more add ons (about $1295 dealer add ons).

After that, they were able to take the 45 OTD price to 42.3k OTD. (pic 3-4)
Is that a good deal? or i should keep negotiating and looking for better offers?, no dealer nearby has the car in ocean gem color.

Is it fair or am I overpaying?

I’m in the process of getting a 2026 Toyota Camry XSE, I put $1000 down for deposit to pre buy the car since they don’t have it on the dealer I went.
I’ve seen some people here saying they got the XSE fully loaded for under 40k.
Is 45k a good price? they wanted around 46.5k at first.

Edit: I just checked my bank account and I got my wire deposit back idk why (i got $955 i guess fees but still).
what should I do from here to get a better price?
