Why there is no proper public dustbin in madurai ?
There is no proper dustbin in madurai. Even if it's there it is not properly maintained. I need to travel more than a kilometer to find dustbin. It is also difficult for give to garbage collecters because of time and personal reason. How they are maintaining and keeping the city clean ? Im in othakadai . Where is crore ruppes investment for solid waste management going on ?
