I finished Onyx so the hangover is real.. don’t know what to do after weeks of intensive reading and loving every second of it!
What do you guys advice?
- do a reread now
- do a reread a couple of months before release book 4
- do both
- i can reread the HP series as a feelgood and then do reread before release

What do guy think will happen in book 4? Especially @ the end. The cure for xaden and venin will be found in book 4, he will have suffered and possibly turned everyone againt him but Violet, she is preparing for the final ‘battle’ and know exactly what needs to be done,…

the end of book 4 needs to have a hopefull ending or am i wrong? Cause if she follows the W structre the end of 3 and most of 4 the story is at its lowest and most difficult point. She needs to start giving hope (at the end of 4) for X&V to give the fandome the hope they need to push through to book 5.

Am i wrong in this? Please give your insights! 😇

Timeline

I’ve been thinking and researching about possible timeline for the emyrean series.

What info do we have:
- she like to change from empyrean to her contemporary
- serie on Prime is confirmed, likely 2028. But grand portion of the public will be non readers
- There are 6 graphic novels (for book 1-2-3), which part 1 and maybe part 2 will be released in 2027
- 09/2026 suprise release
- Red tower needs to creat a new wave for the hype among readers.
- she adjusted her writing days from 15-17h to 7-8h, for mental health & ‘took a break’ from Empyrean in 2025.

Timeline

1. 3/2026 start active writingfase book4
2. 4/2026 announcement unknow Empyrean book
3. 29/9/2026 release new empyrean book + possible announcement releasedate book 4 for hype and keeping momentum up as this is wave 2 for empyrean series.
4. book 4 is being produced so probably she will be writing a new contemporary for 2027.
5. may-august 2027: after the normal 10-12 month preorder period: release book 4.
6. her new contemporary for 2027 wont delay our waiting time for book 5 cause plot book 5 will already be written
7. graphic novel part 1 will be released late 2027 with maybe announcement book 5 but does not have to be together
8. Q4 2028 release book 5
9. graphic novel part 2 maybe before release book 5, thats unclear at the moment.

Like this redtowers has a momentum of 2-3 years from today. Every other 6-8 months there will be a release. And she keeps her healthy writing fase. And the waiting time is like usual 12-14 months. And are the books finished before the series are in season 2/3. Cause afteral she is a reader by heart.

Finished IF, had a big emotional hangover also during reading IF my emotions where all over the place.

No into OS, i get sometimes frustrated when i put it down. I think because i know i’m reading towards huge cliffhanger with another emotional ending & knowing that the answer to my main question: will they have a happy ending together ?wont be answered for i guess another 2-3 years..

Has anyone had the same? Cause i hate the feeling cause i can’t stop thinking about the series, keep looking for timeline options for the releases,…

I love the series, its like the best series i’ve ever read in my opionon!
