So I wanna say I’ve been very interested in Hecate for quite a while, I’ve opened up a lot of spirituality in 2021, 2022 and just really educating myself on cultures and religions, which led me to really believe in Pantheism, but I do love Mythology.
Not to be corny, I don’t know if it’s because I do have Norwegian heritage and other parts of Scandinavian, but I am very also in tuned with Norse mythology. For the past few months, I’ve been really just thinking a lot about Hecate, and just an urge to really work with her. I mean she’s constantly in my head, I would assume maybe the same way Christians feel about Jesus or God.

So last night, on August 12, there was about four major celestial events that were occurring. And I really was just in tuned with myself and just asking for signs and something to know to continue this pathway of not only working with Hecate, but also on this path of my life that I’m trying to move forward from. Where I was at I was not able to see the events, but I very much was doing the best that I could with my intention and manifestations. And since I was kind of really pushing towards Hecate, I asked for a sign of three. I didn’t really know what I was looking for, but I just thought the sign of three would be good idea because she is the triple goddess.

So I get off work today I go outside and start scrolling on TikTok for a little bit and I start looking up stuff of Hecate and I’m just kind of starting my research of more things that I can do and just books on more information about her and all the other gods and goddesses that do correspond with her. Where I’m at, I have a bunch of birds, every morning is practically crows or ravens cawing. I’ve got woodpeckers pecking, Blue Jays and Cardinals going at it I mean, I cannot express how much noise these birds make not that it’s an issue, but its a lot
lol.

I look up, cause I hear the crow/Raven (I honestly could not tell the two apart, so sorry lmfao) and right when I look up three of them fly up to the powerline, and I swear the rest flew away. So I’m just looking at the crows and there’s three up there and it just dings on me like “oh my God this might be the sign that I was asking for last night”. So as you can see in the video, I pull out my phone and immediately say
“If this is for me then for all three of them to go down to the floor in the road” and they clearly did and I just so shook and I really wanna share what just happened like an hour ago cause I think it’s beyond crazy. Maybe I’m being crazy about this, but I just thought the sheer coincidence of the timing is impeccable.
And the last bird flew down right when I stopped recording, and then it flew right down and I caught the last few seconds of it and oh my goodness. But if that is not a clear sign, I don’t know what the hell else is.

Buying Walmarts shit

So Im a transfer from a different store, and the store I have came to makes about 2 million more dollars than the store that I was at (just counting the department, produce, im in). This store I am at now has practically no LCarts, I promise you I’m not even exaggerating. There are five Lcarts in the whole store. You got people taking your stuff off of the Lcart so they can use it (I don’t want to necessarily call it stealing, but I mean it’s fucked up when you’re using something and someone comes and takes it) we have no rolling carts and have to use old rusted OGP carts, we are very I guess limited on printers as well. And I understand there is always going to be issues with certain things throughout almost every store, but this store is a super market Walmart.
So I started asking about why the company doesn’t just buy more, and I was told that you have to legitimately pay out of your own pocket, your check, if you want any of these items. So was crazy to me as they want so much done with the amount of freight that we have, but we have no utilities at all to do what we need to do and myself, and several other people have wrote it in the survey, but there’s been obviously no action taken.
We also do not have a cardboard bin, I guess maintenance has taken that and use that for their own. So like I said, we only have the OGP carts so when you’re sitting there doing salads, you have to put your cardboard and figure a way out to put it in the OGP cart and then you have to constantly go back back-and-forth to the Baylor, which waste so much time . I’m genuinely just ranting but with me being new I don’t really feel like I should be putting my two cents in that right now, and I know I could just go to work ethics but, it’s not a crazy situation like that. It’s just annoying. I mean it is really such a culture shock coming from a store that has things available, then to come to a store who makes so much more money but has nothing to accommodate the needs that the employees have in order to meet the standards that the store operation wants.

Hours PT or FT?

So I left Walmart for about two months for personal emergency reasons. I went to a whole different store and a whole different state and the only thing they had available at the store was part-time for a certain department.
I have been trying to go to another department that I was originally in and there is talks that I could potentially be going to that department, which is full time, But until then, I am here in this part-time position. So they do have me working full-time hours though, they know that I am a returning employee from just two months ago, so I’m not dumb in a lot of this stuff and I’m aware that 40 hours is most definitely full-time.
I guess what I’m trying to say is if I’m taking these full-time hours, I would want my full-time benefits because I’m not getting PTO for three years because I’m on PT and I technically was released from my last job at Walmart two months ago, so everything did restart for me. But what do I do ?? like I don’t want to cause trouble because I just came to the store and I’m not really getting the best vibes from the store but I just think that if I’m working like I said full-time hours, I would want my full-time benefits.
