Woman, how can I keep my chest during weight loss?

Hey gals, so I’m currently losing weight but I’m a heavy chested woman. And I like my bigger chest, but I’m really worried that they will shrink and give me major insecurities.

Im 5,4 and 21 and 95kg

I am already pretty insecure due to my weight but I’m more than happy to get to a healthy weight.

My mother, grandmother are bigger chested woman so I’m hoping my genetics will just help me keep more fat there.

But I’ve always been overweight as a kid and into adult hood

How can I maintain my chest as much as possible?

I understand fat loss will happen everywhere and I’ve already lost 18lbs (yay) and I’ve went down a bit on my chest a bit.

What can I can do to prevent them from disappearing completely?

As a small fitness goal, I want to be able to comfortably life and walk with 12kg in one hand.

For context, this is a small fitness milestone I want to set for myself that’ll fit in my daily life. As in I want to never struggle with carrying my shopping home, even if it is heavy (12kg)

How can I build up to this goal?

This wouldn’t just be for one arm because that’s ridiculous. But I’m a pretty petite person so this would be harder to build up to I imagine.

Any advice would greatly help me out!
