Procrastinator with a good Allianz experience
A year ago I bought tickets for Morrissey in LA for October 2025 and I bought the Allianz ticket policy for $30ish. My son ended up having a tournament that same weekend in Boston so I tried to sell and even give away the tickets to no avail. I dreaded filing the claim and thought it would be a waste of time and would be denied. It sat on my to-do list for seven long months. I procrastinated, kept it in an open tab, moved it from month to month in my journal, researched on Reddit, fretted, felt sick to my stomach because I just knew I waited too long, etc. until finally Thursday, May 14 was the day (not sure why, I think I just finally had some mental space). I filed the claim online and I just received notice that the money is in my account. Like barely 24 hours later lol. Kinda anticlimactic. I feel like this should be in a procrastination sub, but if you’re like me and putting off a claim. Just do it. You never know.
