It would be my first time making brownies. Due to my lack of knowledge I bought Amul Compound Dark Chocolate for the same purpose, but now I realised compound chocolate is not at all good for brownies....atleast what Google tells me. Instead I should have bought the >70% dark chocolate. Please help me. Give me some suggestions and substitutions to make do with it. Please real help needed 🙏🙏
