So I have a Pc-engine and a CD-rom2 attachment. I got a cheap turbo everdrive from ali express I'm trying to boot the super system 2 rom I have on there and it doesn't run any games through the cd rom 2 dive. I've tried various versions of the super system rom and still doesn't run any games. I know the cd-rom drive works has I can play music CD's on it. I'm i missing something or can a basic turbo everdrive not run that software

My current build is a

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

16Gb ddr4 memory (duel channel)

GPU is a AMD Radeon 9070XT

and a 850W MSI PSU

I'm wanting to stick with the same platform has cant afford to get DDR 5 memory so which if any AM4 CPU could I upgrade to

Also My MOBO is an ASRock x570 Extreme4
