S33v3 — repeated TLV 11 config file rejections and T3 timeouts
My Arris S33v3 (purchased ~2026) logs show repeated "Config File Rejected due to Invalid or Unexpected TLV 11" errors along with T3 timeouts and RNG-RSP DRW power warnings. This happens multiple times daily and causes internet drops. A tech visit found no physical plant issues. Signal levels appear normal.
Modem: Arris S33v3, DOCSIS 3.1, CM-VER=3.1 MAC: [your CM MAC]
Requesting: Boot file review and re-provisioning with the correct config for S33 hardware revision 3 on my speed tier. Please also verify firmware version is current for this HW revision.
