SafeRecord – privately document incidents [Free, Alpha testers wanted]

Hey everyone,

I've been building an app called SafeRecord — it's designed for anyone who needs

to privately document incidents with tamper-evident timestamps, photos, and audio.

Useful for tenants, workplace situations, or anyone who might need reliable evidence.

It's completely free and currently in early alpha testing on Android.

**How to join (two steps):**

**Step 1 — Join the testers group first (required):**

https://groups.google.com/g/saferecord-testers

**Step 2 — Once approved, install the app:**

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.saferecord.app

If that link doesn't work, try:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.saferecord.app

**Note:** You must join the Google Group before the Play Store link will work.

Would love any feedback — bugs, features, anything. Still early days so all

input is genuinely useful.

Started with £10/month… one month later [UK ISA Beginner Journey]

When I opened my Stocks & Shares ISA I told myself “just £10 a month to learn the app.” That lasted about a week.

I spent the first few weeks just exploring the app, understanding how fractional shares work, what pending orders mean, when markets open and close. I didn’t want to just throw money in blind.

Then slowly I started buying. £10 here, £10 there. Then £20. Then somehow hundreds. One month and a half in and here’s where I am:

My strategy is AI infrastructure + dividends — things like Nvidia, Fabrinet, Marvell, Corning (undersea cables and data centre optical tech), plus dividend payers like Realty Income and Main Street Capital.

Still learning every day. Happy to hear any advice from people further along the journe
