I ordered a VALORANT gift from G2G for about $35, but the seller never delivered the order after many days of waiting.
I opened a dispute and the case was marked as refunded and cancelled.

The refund transaction appears in my banking app, but the money is still not actually available in my balance yet.
I also noticed that the refund amount shown is lower than what I originally paid.

Is this normal for international card refunds?
How long does it usually take for the money to become available in the account after the refund is issued?
