During this specific scene in Cosmo Canyon, Aerith is supposed to be in this shot, but she seems to be missing in the PC and modern console ports of the game even if she is in your active party. The first image is from the PS1 version of the game, and the second is from the modern release. Is this a known bug?
I recently finished replaying FF7 Remake because I'm getting ready to play Rebirth for the first time soon. It's been a long while since I last played Remake, but I don't remember the frame rate in the final cutscene, which shows them outside of Midgar, being so choppy. Every other pre rendered cutscene was shown properly except this one. I looked as though it was running below 30fps.
(Or four victims, depending on how you look at it.)
